What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

We accept returns and exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. After 24 hours, we may not be able to process your request, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging exactly as you received it.

Opening Parcel Video Why It Matters

We strongly recommend recording a short video while opening your parcel. If your video clearly shows the damage at the time of delivery, we will process your refund or exchange much faster no back and forth, no waiting. It is a simple step that protects you as a customer and helps us serve you better.

Refund Process

If you have an opening parcel video that clearly shows the damaged item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method as soon as we receive the returned product.

If no video is available, do not worry. We will arrange for our courier to collect the item from you at no cost. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement whichever you prefer.

Replacement Process

If you choose a replacement, we will make sure your new item is carefully packed with bubble wrap and secured properly before dispatch. We will keep you updated on the delivery timeline so you always know what to expect.

Shipping Costs

You will not pay a single rupee for return shipping or replacement delivery. All shipping costs in these cases are covered by us completely.

What Is Not Covered

We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged due to mishandling after delivery. We trust our customers to treat products with care, and we ask for the same in return.
