At Kaprasaaz, we want your order to reach you safely, on time, and without any confusion. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. We also ship internationally so no matter where you are, you can wear the craft.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message with a summary of your order and the estimated delivery time. You do not need to follow up we will keep you informed from the start.

Domestic Delivery

For orders within Pakistan, delivery times will be shared with you at the time of order confirmation. We work with reliable courier partners to make sure your parcel reaches you in the best condition.

International Delivery

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your parcel. All international orders typically take between 7 to 10 working days from the date your order is placed. You will be informed of the exact shipping cost before your order is confirmed.

Please note that any customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are outside our control.

During Sale Periods

We love a good sale and so do you. During high-demand periods like sales and special promotions, dispatch may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times. You will receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We always aim to deliver on time. However, there are situations outside our control bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery timelines. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you so you are never left wondering. Please keep an eye on your emails and WhatsApp for any updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please make sure you have provided us with a valid email address at the time of placing your order to receive your tracking details.
